By accessing or using our Platform—or by placing an order for our products, whether online, on third‑party sites, or in our physical retail stores—you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

  • We currently offer high-quality ground coffee. Select products may also feature 24K edible gold for a luxurious coffee experience."
  • Future Offerings: We may introduce whole beans, product bundles, special editions, subscription services, and additional brewing accessories at our discretion.
  • Intended Use:
  • TAKA COFFEE products are intended for personal consumption only. Commercial resale without prior written authorization is prohibited. Wholesale and distribution inquiries should be directed to us via the contact details provided.

           Order Process
  • How to Order:
  • Orders can be placed through our website, on third‑party e‑commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon), and at our retail outlets. For B2B or wholesale orders, please contact us directly.
  • Order Confirmation:
  • You will receive an automatic confirmation email once your order is placed. We reserve the right to cancel or reject orders at our sole discretion.
  • Subscription Services:
  • While not currently offered, subscription services for regular deliveries may be introduced in the future. The Terms will automatically incorporate any such new services.
            Pricing and Payment Terms
  • Pricing:
  • All product prices are displayed on the Platform and include applicable taxes (e.g., GST on coffee, chicory, and accessories).
  • The prices charged at the time of ordering will be honored at delivery; however, if there are any changes on the delivery date, additional charges or refunds may apply.
  • Payment Methods:
  • We accept all payment methods supported by our payment gateway—including credit/debit cards, UPI, digital wallets, and any other methods offered by our merchant partner. Full payment is required before order processing.
  • Discounts and Promotions:
  • Any promotional offers, discounts, or coupon codes will be subject to the specific terms presented at checkout. Promotional pricing may be temporary and subject to change without notice.
            Shipping and Delivery
  • Shipping Process:
  • Delivery charges are calculated based on your destination and the weight of the order.
  • We use Shiprocket (or our designated courier partners) for shipping.
  • Tracking information and estimated delivery dates will be provided upon order confirmation.
  • Delivery Delays:
  • We are not liable for delays caused by third‑party couriers or factors beyond our control. In such cases, please contact customer support for assistance.
  • In‑Store Purchases:
  • For purchases made at our retail stores, our in‑store policies apply and are consistent with these Terms unless expressly stated otherwise.

           Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
  • Returns:
  • Returns are accepted only for products that are defective or damaged. Issues must be reported within one day of delivery.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
  • Exchanges:
  • Exchanges are offered only for defective or damaged products. Requests must be made within the specified return window.
  • Our management will review such requests and, if approved, issue a replacement subject to product availability. 
  • Refunds:
  • Refunds (full or partial) will be processed at our discretion after verification of the reported issue.
  • Refunds may be issued as a direct refund, store credit, or replacement.
  • Products that are opened or used (except in cases of verified defects) are not eligible for return or refund.
  • How to Initiate:
  • To request a return, exchange, or refund, please contact us at concierge@takacoffee.co with your order details and a description of the problem. We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month.

  • Our products are made with premium ingredients and care; however, individual reactions to coffee may vary. Customers with specific health concerns should consult a professional before consumption.
  •  “As Is” Basis:
  • TAKA COFFEE products are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or from any issues related to our Platform.

            User Responsibilities
  •  Acceptable Use:
  • You agree not to use our Platform to:
  • Engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity
  •  Resell our products without prior approval
  •  Tamper with packaging or product contents
  • Disrupt or impair the operation of our Platform or interfere with other users
  •  Provide false or misleading information during registration or checkout
  •  Account Security:
  • If you register for an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

            Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
