2. Products & Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, ingredients, product specifications, and other information displayed on the Website accurately represent the products offered for sale.

Product images are provided for representation purposes and minor differences in colour, packaging appearance, or presentation may occur.

For packaged food products, the mandatory food information applicable to the product will be made available before purchase, in accordance with applicable food safety and labelling requirements.

Batch-specific information such as batch number, manufacturing/packing date, best-before/expiry information and MRP may vary by production batch and may therefore not appear in the standard product description.

3. FSSAI & Food Safety

TAKA Coffee is operated by a registered Food Business Operator.

We comply with applicable food safety and labelling requirements for the products sold through this Website.

For e-commerce food sales, we ensure that products supplied to customers meet the applicable shelf-life requirements at the time of delivery.

4. Product Shelf Life

In accordance with applicable FSSAI requirements for food products sold through e-commerce, products delivered to consumers will have a remaining shelf life of at least 30% of the total shelf life or 45 days before expiry, whichever is applicable under the prevailing requirements.

5. Orders

Placing an order through the Website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully received and the order has been confirmed by us.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order in circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Incorrect pricing or product information
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions
  • Inability to deliver to the specified address
  • Other circumstances where fulfilment is not reasonably possible

If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. Pricing & Taxes

All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Applicable taxes, including GST, will be charged as required under applicable law.

Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout before the order is completed.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that prices displayed on the Website are accurate. In the event of an inadvertent pricing error, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where necessary, cancel the affected order and provide a refund.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the applicable Returns, Replacement & Refund Policy will apply.
